What infrastructure do we require for our modern farms?

Aquaponic, hydroponic or RAS operation does not need much. However, since we strive for efficiency in terms of investment, we have specified a few requirements for accessibility and amenities for the new site.

Up to 20 km
The property should be close to the regional capital. Ideally within 20 km.
From 10,000 m²
The area of the land should be at least 10,000 m².
Water + electricity
Connection to electricity, a water distribution network, and a sewerage system.
Access road
We prefer land or property with an access road.

What kind of land are you looking for?

With respect to nature, we do not want to expand unnecessarily, so we will prioritize the spaces of old agricultural buildings, halls, brownfields, but also old and unused greenhouses; we will improve them as responsibly as in Heršpice in Brno.

What infrastructure do you require?

The operation of modern agricultural farms does not require much. However, since we are trying to be efficient when it comes to investments, we have determined several requirements for the availability and equipment of the new workplace:

Availability of the regional town within 20 km
Land area of at least 10,000 m²
Connection to the water supply network and sewage system
Good access to land transport

What happens to my land after you buy it? What are your plans for it?

We will build a modern agricultural farm on it with one of our top technologies – aquaponic, hydroponic, RAS, or their combination. Our goal is to produce local food, vegetables, herbs and fish of the highest quality and excellent taste.

Are you only interested in buying land, or do you also want to rent it?

We are open to buy and rent. If you know of something suitable, please let us know.

How much do I get for my land?

The price per m2 of land varies from case to case, we determine it based on many inputs, such as the location of the land, the state of the infrastructure, accessibility, connection to the surrounding ecosystem, suitability for our purposes, etc. For more specific information, do not hesitate to contact us.
